Experience:

This was an on-campus opportunity for new graduates with a BTech in Electrical from a Tier 1 college.

Round 1: DSA Round

18 candidates were shortlisted for the interview process.

Three DSA questions were given, and the candidate was asked to quickly explain the approach and write the code on paper.

The candidate was able to answer all questions, taking a hint for the second one. 8 out of 18 candidates were selected for Round 2.

Round 2: Technical + HR Round (1 hour)

This round primarily focused on a discussion of the candidate's CV.

• The project mentioned in the CV was thoroughly discussed, with many cross-questions asked.
• A long discussion ensued about the candidate's internship project.
• Behavioral question: "Why do you want to join NAVI?"
• System Design question: "How would you approach designing the digital lending section of our app if you were hired in 2018?"

All 8 candidates from Round 1 were finally selected.
