Experience:

Navi visited the campus for the SDE1 role, involving a total of 4 rounds.

Round 1: Online Test. This round had 4 sections. Two sections comprised MCQs on aptitude and logical reasoning. The third section presented 2 coding questions of easy-medium difficulty, covering topics like Dynamic Programming and Binary Search. The fourth section included 1 medium-hard Dynamic Programming problem.

Round 2: Technical Interview. This interview began with a formal introduction, followed by two DSA questions. One question was related to connected components in a graph, and the second was about converting an Excel sheet column title from letters to numbers. The interviewer used Google Meet for communication and Google Docs for code writing and explanation.

Round 3: Hiring Manager Round. This round started with an introduction. The interviewer and candidate had an extensive discussion on one of the candidate's projects, which involved OOP and DBMS. Standard OOP questions (Polymorphism, Inheritance, Encapsulation) were asked, along with SQL queries and theoretical questions, mostly concerning joins.

Round 4: HR Round. The HR round was described as a productive discussion about Navi. The candidate was asked about their projects (overview) and some basic HR questions. The interviewer was friendly and chill.
