The candidate applied for a 2-month intern role through their college's Training and Placement cell in September 2023.

Round 1: Online Assessment
The assessment was held on October 4, 2023, and consisted of two sections.

• Section 1 (Aptitude+Technical+WET+Coding): This section included MCQs on Aptitude and Technical (logical reasoning) questions, followed by an essay (approx. 250 words). Two coding questions were given: the first was Easy, and the second was a recursion-based Medium-level question.
• Section 2 (Technical || Machine Learning): This section comprised MCQs related to Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The candidate noted that a clear understanding of NLP and neural networks basics would make this section easy.

Round 2: Interview (HR+Technical)
The interview was conducted on October 16, 2023, and involved an HR representative and two interviewers.

• HR Questions: Introduce yourself (stating CGPA and academic background), any backlogs, hobbies and interests.
• Technical Questions: The interviewers asked about projects, comfort with JavaScript (and event listeners), difference between Update and Modify query in MySQL (with syntax). The candidate was asked to share their screen and write C++ code to outline the difference between Encapsulation and Abstraction. Further questions included data structures known, priority queue (how it can be reversed by order of priority), and coding to print and reverse a string.

The candidate was satisfied with their performance.
