This experience is for an Associate Analyst role at Novartis Healthcare in India. The eligibility criteria included 60% throughout academics and no backlogs.

Round 1 (Online Assessment Test): This round consisted of 45 aptitude and verbal questions to be solved in 60 minutes. Out of 873 students, 32 were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2 (Technical Interview): A week after the OAT, shortlisted candidates received an email for this technical interview. It involved two interviewers with extensive experience in the domain.
