Micron Technology visited the campus for full-time roles for the 2022 graduating batch. The selection process involved three rounds, and the candidate was one of 4 selected for the FTE offer.

Round 1 (Written Test): This round included four sections: Aptitude (15 MCQs in 20 mins), Programming (10 output-based MCQs in 15 mins), Technical (25 subjective MCQs in 30 mins), and Coding (2 questions in 45 minutes). The candidate completed all questions from the first three sections and one coding question. 22 students were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2 (Technical Interview): This round lasted 45-60 minutes. The interviewer started with an introduction from both sides. The candidate was asked to explain their projects, followed by cross-questioning. Two simple puzzles were also asked.

Round 3 (Tech+HR Round): 12 students were selected for this final round. The interview began with the interviewer explaining the MFG role. The candidate gave their introduction and explained some resume projects without much cross-questioning. Due to being one of the last interviews, it mainly consisted of HR-type questions such as "What do you know about Micron?" and "How will you be the perfect fit for the role?". The candidate also asked about the company's culture. Tips provided include being honest, knowing your resume well, being vocal, and practicing mock interviews.
