MoveInSync conducted an on-campus recruitment drive in January. The process began with a pre-placement talk.

DSA Round: This round consisted of 3 Data Structures and Algorithms questions, described as medium LeetCode problems. Candidates were generally able to complete 1 or 2 of these questions. A limited number of students were shortlisted for subsequent rounds.

Second Round: Questions in this round were tailored to the profile the student opted for (Frontend or Backend). Students applying for backend roles were primarily asked backend-related questions along with some DSA, and similarly for frontend roles.

Third Round: This round delved into more deep and advanced level questions within the respective chosen domains (Frontend or Backend).

Candidates who successfully cleared all three interview rounds were offered an Internship along with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a position in the Bangalore office.
