LSEG conducted on-campus hiring at NMIT Bengaluru in September 2024 for an Associate Engineer role, offering a package of 11.1 LPA. Usually a one-day process, there was a 4-day gap between the first round and the interviews due to a festival.

Round 1: Basic Aptitude Questions: This round consisted of approximately 30 basic aptitude questions. It was an elimination round, and 20 candidates from the college were shortlisted for the next stage. Subsequent rounds were non-elimination, with cumulative scores determining the final selection.

Round 2: Coding Round: Candidates had 1 hour to solve 3 moderate-level coding questions. Topics included string manipulation and dynamic programming. The key emphasis was on providing better approaches to the problems.

Round 3: Group Discussion: This round lasted 30 minutes. The topic for discussion was "cloud computing and scalability in banking systems." Key aspects assessed were involvement, speaking abilities, and leadership skills.
