This experience details an on-campus recruitment process for the SDE role in 2022 at Josh Technology Group, which involved two main events: an Online Coding Round and an Interview Round, comprising multiple stages.

MCQ/Objective Round:
This round consisted of 40 technical questions (output-based, OOPs, SQL - Easy-Medium) and 10 aptitude questions (Easy). There was negative marking. Only 27 out of 400+ students were selected from this round in the candidate's college.

Subjective Round:
This round featured 3 coding questions and 1 output-based question (Medium level). Candidates needed to solve these with given time and space complexity and proper commenting to be shortlisted.

Coding Round 1:
This round had 3 medium-level coding questions, all from Tree, Linked List, and Array topics. Proper commenting and writing time and space complexity were necessary.

Coding Round 2:
This was a live proctored round with 3 coding questions. The candidate solved all 3 questions with comments and time/space complexity.

Tips: Prepare for Tree, Linked List, and Binary Search. Write comments in the online coding round with time and space complexity.
