Experience:

The recruitment process for a Front End Developer role at Josh Technology Group took almost one month, starting with online proctored mode tests.

Round 1: MCQ Round (1 hour)
This round comprised 70 MCQs, with almost 50 questions related to pseudo-codes, input-output, and language syntax. The remaining questions were single-line integer output and output guessing questions. This round had negative marking.

Round 2: Subjective Coding Round (1 hour)
Two subjective coding questions were given, and both needed to be solved to be eligible for the next round. One question was related to linked lists, specifically swapping nodes of the list.

Round 3: MCQ Round (27 minutes)
This was another MCQ test with 20 questions, no negative marking. All questions were easy and focused on basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Technical Assessment (1 week duration)
After clearing Round 3, a technical assessment was given to build a static web page using only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Technical Assessment (Live, 3 hours)
In this round, candidates had to build another technical assessment, mostly focused on JavaScript, within almost 3 hours in front of interviewers. Google was allowed for syntax help. The candidate was disqualified after this round. This round was to be followed by two more technical interviews and one HR round.
