Experience:

The candidate applied through their college. There were 4 rounds in total.

Round 1: Online Assessment
This round had 4 sections and was conducted online. Each section was described as easy. The coding questions were also considered very easy.

• 7 quantitative aptitude questions (15 minutes)
• 7 logical questions (15 minutes)
• 7 verbal questions (15 minutes)
• 3 coding problems (45 minutes) in C, C++, Java, or JS. All were full coding problems.

Specific coding questions included:

• Missing element in an array.
• Given three employees and their salary and expenditure, calculate and show the sum of their savings.
• Calculate the marks of students and show their marks according to grades.

Out of 187 eligible students, 22 were selected for the next round.

Round 2: System Design Round
This round was considered very important for both technical and HR evaluations. It aimed to assess problem-solving skills in real-life scenarios. There were 2 system design questions, and candidates had to choose one. Questions included:

• Design a parking lot system for an office where employees come in different shifts.
• Design a system that could help farmers increase productivity by selling products online at good prices.

Candidates had to answer on a single page, focusing on 4 points: problem solution, flowchart of the solution, steps of the solution, and a summary (bullet/number format, not essay).

Round 3: Technical Round
This round was held based on the design round performance. If the design round went well, selection was likely after some easy, resume-based questions. Questions asked:

• Tell me something about yourself.
• Questions on the Dijkstra Algorithm (as the candidate used it in the Design problem).
• Question on Asynchronous Javascript.
• Questions on API (as the candidate had a News App project).
• Basic questions on coding languages mentioned in the resume.

Round 4: HR Round
This round was similar to HR rounds in other companies. Questions included:

• Are you ready to reallocate?
• What are your strengths and weaknesses?
• Hobbies/interests.
• Are you ready to work under pressure?
• What are your plans?
• Family background.
• Why do you want to join this company?
• What did you like about our organization that differentiates it from other organizations?

Tips from the candidate: Know yourself, be calm, answer politely, and forget past rejections.
