Restaurant Management System Problem Description A restaurant keeps the recipe of each dish as a list of ingredients with the quantity of each one that the dish holds. Implement two classes. Class Ingredient Data members: name (a string) and quantity (an integer). A public constructor Ingredient(name, quantity) that initialises both data members.
